Payment, Shipping and Returns

Shipping Area

  • MyEquineStoreOnline currently ships Monday - Friday to all states except Alaska, Hawaii and Nevada.

Currency

  • All prices are listed in US dollars.

Shipping Carriers

  • MyEquineStoreOnline utilizes UPS and FedEx for Expedited and Ground shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Ground shipping for orders over $58.00 is FREE!

  • Orders under $58.00 will be charged a flat rate Ground shipping fee of $8.00.

  • Expedited shipping is $18.00 per order.

Shipping Requirements and Restrictions

  • Orders that contain one or more cooler item(s) are required to ship Expedited for $18.00.

  • Orders that contain one or more ORM-D or hazardous material item(s) are restricted to Ground shipping.

Shipping Costs for Hazmat Items

  • Orders that contain one or more hazmat item(s) will be charged $28.50 per box that contains hazardous items  

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • All MyEquineStoreOnline orders require the approval of your veterinarian before they are processed and shipped.  Please allow up to 48 hours for this approval to be completed.  This may impact the delivery of your order within our estimated delivery time.
  • Orders may split during the fulfillment process.  This may result in multiple shipments to the customer from one or more locations.

  • Veterinarian approved Expedited orders that are received before 3:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday - Friday, are generally processed and shipped the same day.  Cooler items are not shipped on Fridays.

  • Veterinarian approved Ground orders are prioritized for processing and shipping so that they will be delivered within an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Shipping Transit Times

  • Estimated delivery of veterinarian approved non-cooler item Expedited orders is next business day.  Expedited cooler item orders placed and approved on Fridays will not ship until the next business day.

  • Veterinarian approved Ground shipments, including Hazmat items, made by MyEquineStoreOnline have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

Credit and Debit Card Authorizations and Charges

  • Credit or debit card authorizations are created at the time an order is placed and again if and when the order splits for fulfillment at one or more shipping locations.
     
  • Order splits may result in multiple card authorizations that may exceed the total order amount.
  • Your veterinarian and MyVetStoreOnline are not responsible for fees incurred due to such authorizations.

  • The authorization window is dependent on the policies of your card's issuing bank, which may hold funds for up to 14 business days after billing or cancelation of your order.
     
  • Charges to credit or debit cards are applied when the order is invoiced and shipped.

Returns and Refunds                                            

Please contact your veterinarian within 30 days of your purchase to request a return or an exchange of product. 

When requesting a product return, refund or credit, please include the following information.

  1. Item name(s)

  2. The quantity of the item(s) to be returned, refunded or credited

  3. The reason for your return and or refund request

  4. The MyEquineStoreOnline invoice number

  5. The date of your purchase

Once your veterinary clinic receives your request, they will review it and inform you of their course of action.

Note: Products purchased from your veterinarian through MyEquineStoreOnline are subject to your veterinary clinic's specific refund/return policies.
